Chief Executive Officer

Asi oversees and personally supervises all activities, from ground-breaking to Certificate of Occupancy. A builder in his own right for over two decades, Asi’s experience and dedication are key to our affordable and top quality builds. His willingness and enthusiasm to get out from behind his desk and personally supervise both of our build teams, on site, is one key way Quality Builders is able to deliver affordability, while always ensuring quality.

Neil Gitnick

Regional Vice President and Head of Predevelopment

Neil is a third generation construction professional with decades experience in real estate, finance and lending, and both residential and commercial construction. Neil brings a unique understanding of the various complexities of catastrophe insurance restorations and rebuilds, and has been a true asset to our clients recovering after the wildfires.

Sarah is our Client Relationship Manager, specializing in full-service design-builds, communication coordination, overall client experience, and turning overwhelming projects into organized, beautiful outcomes.
